My name is Koalaz, and at the time of writing this, I am 23 years old. I have also earned my Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems and Security. I was employed at a local Network Operations Center as a Tier 3 call center agent, before moving to an IT Support Technician II, where I front line technical support for end users, resolving issues across workstations, servers, software, and peripherals.
I started my social career in 2013 when I made my first YouTube channel. I made videos on there for a few years before eventually making a new channel where I wanted to make more "high quality" videos (they were still bad), and those are still up on my current YouTube channel. I eventually got a laptop for Christmas in 2015, and I was able to advance my knowledge in video editing, which leads to the videos that I currently make today, which are entirely different than what I used to make.
